Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Thank you for choosing Atwalz Hair Studio. Giving us notice of a change helps us offer your appointment time to another customer.

Canceling or rescheduling

Please give us at least one hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule. Use the cancellation link in your appointment email, or call (289) 296-3336 to request a change.

Online cancellation closes 60 minutes before your appointment. At that point, please call the salon directly. A request to reschedule is confirmed only once our team agrees to the new time.

Cancellation and no-show fee

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than one hour’s notice without making arrangements with the salon, a one-time fee of CAD 10.00 will be added to your next booking.

If an unexpected situation affects your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to discuss it. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed with the salon.
